 What's your leadership EQ?

Emotional intelligence (EQ) is the ability to identify and manage your own emotions and the emotions of others. During this experiential session you'll build your self-awareness and tune into facets of emotional intelligence that will help you better navigate challenging leadership, business, and personal situations.

This focus will support your ability to manage your emotional responses and to choose how you respond to others. This learn-and-apply session will teach you a fresh, results-oriented approach to handling the emotional side of all relationships.

RSVP by Thursday, January 9 to info@jlahartford.org
