About the Facilitator

Debra Pittorie Forand helps nonprofits and public sector agencies build capacity, improve operations, develop strategy and increase revenue. Her specific areas of expertise include board development, strategic communications, fund development planning and strategic planning. Prior to launching DP Forand Nonprofit Management Consulting in 2012, Ms. Forand's career included senior management positions in the nonprofit and government sectors. A graduate of Colgate University and Columbia University Business School's Senior Leaders Program for Nonprofit Professionals, Ms. Forand is also a BoardSource Certified Governance Trainer.
